Q: What should I do/consider before reporting a problem?
A: If possible, do not delete the data causing the error. Take care that we can log into the computer, e. g. by turning on the modem of the computer. When telling us file names, please take care that you give the complete path, e. g. /projects/Inputdata/testfile.TIF with the correct capital and small letters. Please take also into account that we usually cannot see what you see on the screen, that we do not know seemingly obvious and everyday work routines, and explain your problem accordingly in detail.
